Cost is bundled in per sq.ft. rate or package deal.
👉 Good if you want end-to-end service and don’t want to shop separately.

2. Furniture Partially Included (Most Boutique Designers)

Usually fixed furniture (kitchen, wardrobes, TV units, study, storage) is included.
Loose furniture (sofa, dining, beds, chairs, tables) may be:
- Designed custom (added to BOQ).
- Or sourced separately from vendors (Pepperfry, IKEA, Kirti Nagar, bespoke carpenters).

3. Furniture Excluded (Design-Only Service)

Independent designers/freelancers often provide design + drawings only.
You then source/buy furniture yourself, based on their recommendations.

Designer gives one lump sum cost but doesn’t clarify furniture scope 🚩.
